i444 Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

i444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement and apply to all services, products, content, and features provided through the i444 platform.

i444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account on i444 and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old — for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract as a valid individual.
• You must create an account using your real identity.
• i444 reserves the right to cancel at any time the account of any person who is a minor or who attempts to use the platform from an area where online gaming is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one i444 account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

3.3 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your i444 account password and login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

i444 reserves the right to verify your identity and place of residence when required. Any of the following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Driving licence or birth registration certificate
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Relevant documents for payment method verification

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. i444 reserves the right to close an account if cooperation with the verification process is not provided.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

i444 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

5.2 Minimum Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur due to the verification process or banking systems.

5.4 General Deposit Rules

• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• i444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transaction at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is provided on your first deposit at i444. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳37,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There is no option to withdraw the bonus — the bonus can only be used to play games.
• Restrictions on using the bonus in certain games or betting sections may apply.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, i444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

i444 is fully committed to fair play. Our platform uses SSL encryption and secure software to keep game outcomes impartial.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, i444 will review the situation and make an appropriate decision. Claims for winnings based on incorrect information displayed as a result of a server or software error will not be accepted.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting section has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant game page. i444 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access the platform through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful method
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements using accounts belonging to members of the same household
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the platform
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Betting against i444 in a coordinated or collective manner (Arbitrage / Match Fixing)

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by i444

i444 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Submit a self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons to our support team at [email protected]. After the request is processed, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

10 Limitation of Liability

i444 is not responsible for the following:

• Cancellation of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Errors in third-party software or services
• Loss resulting from your own negligence or disclosure of account details to an unauthorised third party
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyber attacks

Under no circumstances will i444's total liability exceed the amount of real money (excluding bonuses) in your account.
